What is it about? The objective of the French programme is to bring participants to a high level of proficiency in the language and to acquire a sound knowledge of French society and culture as well as of the French-speaking world. The French programme is offered both as a major and a minor.

Pre-requisite requirements and/or other conditions for declaring the major/minor Major:
FREN1001 and a grade C or above in FREN1002
One introductory course from any Arts programmes at 6 credits

Minor:
FREN1001 and FREN1002
