What is it about? | The programme offers students fundamental knowledge in industrial engineering and logistics management. The main knowledge areas covered in the programme include market analysis skills, sourcing decisions skills, change management, planning and organization skills, cost analysis, planning and design of logistics systems and supply chains, product and design knowledge, production planning and inventory control, etc. |
