What is it about? | Urban Infrastructure informatics is an interdisciplinary field that capitalises on the knowledge of computing technology to improve the smartness, reliability, resilience, and user-satisfaction of urban infrastructure systems and engineering management processes. The objective of offering the Minor is to nurture and train talents on the knowledge and skills on analysing and applying data science and information technology in the context of and for the Engineering & Construction industry. The Minor encompasses a combination of introductory courses in civil engineering (including Building Information Modelling), computing and programming, data science, geographic information and sensing systems, and urban data applications. |
