What is it about? This programme aims to:

- equip students with foundational theoretical orientations and helping skills.
- cultivate students’ ability to analyze interpersonal processes in communication across settings and navigate ethical and professional considerations in counselling.
- enhance students' self-awareness of their values, beliefs, and philosophy of life.
- prepare students for further training and development as mental health professionals in counselling and psychology-related fields.
